Tony Cooper Tribute respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when they believe their content has been wrongfully removed.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed or access disabled due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  • **Identification of the removed material:** Identify the material that Tony Cooper Tribute has removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • **Statement under penalty of perjury:** A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • **Your contact information:** Your name, address, and telephone number.
